Realty Executives Premiere
More than one hundred party-goers gathered at Realty Executives Premiere on February 21, coming together to celebrate the company’s 25th anniversary. From the emcee spinning hits throughout the night, to the delicious food, mixologist-crafted drinks, photo booth and bountiful raffle prizes, the pros at Realty Executives Premiere enjoyed a jam-packed night celebrating the company’s longevity, tremendous per-agent productivity, industry leadership and plans for the years ahead.
With Broker/Owner Pat Callan leading the way since 1993, Realty Executives Premiere has grown from just two agents to more than thirty of the area’s most productive real estate pros. Together with Office Manager Jenny Holloway, Callan continues to lead and live by the company’s “people-first” precept, putting the needs of Realty Executives agents-- and in-turn Chicagoland area homebuyers and sellers-- first.
“It's been a pleasure serving the buyers, sellers and real estate investors of west suburban Chicagoland for the last 25 years. We have tried to maintain the highest standards while assisting our clients in reaching their goals. The high productivity of our real estate professionals proves that we have been able to achieve that standard. We have been here in the same location in Wheaton for the past 25 years and we intend to go for 25 more,” Callan said.
From new recruits to seasoned agents who have hung their stars with Realty Executives for decades, the excitement for the future was palpable and attendees agreed: the company has a lot to celebrate.
“I joined Realty Executives in January of 2019 coming from a brokerage that claimed to have the best technology around and charging a pretty penny for it as well. Since moving to Realty Executives, I have found that the technology is actually easier to use and covers all the bases just as well as (if not better than) the other brokerage. The environment in the office is very down-to-earth, drama free and supportive of my business in many ways. I’m very glad I moved!” said Director of Agent Development, Lisa Hoffmann.
The team at Realty Executives Premiere was excited to show off their new, completely remodeled office space at the Wheaton branch as part of the open-house style celebration, which was championed by eleven local and national sponsors and vendors. More celebrated than the firm’s sleek new surroundings was the company’s culture.
“I have been at Realty Executives for over 15 years and have never questioned my decision of choosing this company. The office staff is a great support-- providing assistance to me that helps me in taking care of my client's needs,” said veteran Realty Executives agent Diana Hardek.
Realty Executives’ high-touch customer support is foremost at both the corporate and local level. Further distinguishing Realty Executives Premiere as a company is broker Pat Callan, who brings next-level insight to his agents with a leadership resume that spans the local, state, and national level. Throughout the last 25 years, Callan has served on numerous committees and task forces for the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), Illinois REALTORS®, and the Mainstreet Organization of REALTORS® (MORe).
“Our broker Pat Callan is very involved in the Association end of the business. He stays on top of the local, state and national policies especially political issues that will affect our business,” said Executive Jean Marie Milligan.
As Realty Executives Premiere looks ahead to meet the needs of the next generation of Chicagoland’s homebuyers and sellers, perhaps most exciting are the opportunities available to the newest Executives. These new real estate professionals enthusiastically reap the benefits of the wisdom and experience that is rooted in the brokerage’s legacy.
“Realty Executives Premiere offered everything I was looking for in a brokerage; a reputation of success, a competitive, yet fun environment, and not to mention, a whole bunch of genuine, amazing agents that are always willing to lend a hand to a new agent like myself,” said Executive Emily Kaczmarek.
