Works night and day to make the deal, I was seriously wondering at one point if she actually slept. If everyone worked this hard nothing would be left undone. Very impressed with her insight and knowledge. She caught a scam that I almost walked into. She suggested I do some research to insure the property listing was legitimate, it wasn't. She actually convinced me to make an offer on the home I bought that I knew I didn't have a chance to close on,, she had faith and confidence when mine had evaporated. I had put in offers on 4 other properties before the perfect home opened up and had been rejected for better offers. I thought the home I bought would follow the same pattern, she never waivered, and I got the perfect home. Everyone needs a team mate like Diane. I would recommend her in an instant.

Diane is the best realtor we have ever had the pleasure of working with. She was responsive, easy to work with, and always made time to show us homes; even when we called at the spur of the moment, which was often. We have found our dream home, thanks to her. However, if we do decide to sell and move into something else, Diane will be the first and only call to get the job done!

We needed to relocate from central Texas to Sevierville TN for work. We knew nothing about the area or even where to start. We have moved 6 times over the last 5 years and it had ALWAYS been stressful and such a pain. Diane Fox truly made our last move smooth and easy. We flew up to meet her and we were on very limited time. When we arrived she already had a ton of homes that fit our budget and fit our needs. As we went from house to house she knew everything about the area, ie... grocery stores, schools, statistics, crime, and so much more, which made us feel more at ease about making the move.
