Highly likely to recommend Diane was an excellent realtor in all aspects. She never left us hanging or waiting and was on top of everything regarding the sale of our house and the purchase of our new home. She went above and beyond to make sure we were able to get into our new home, negotiating with our builder to get the “extras” that we asked for. She even helped us move on moving day when we were in a pinch and needed as many hands on deck as possible. I would highly recommend and/or use Diane again in the future. She’s fantastic!

Highly likely to recommend Bought a Single Family home in 2018 in Maryville, TN. Diane was referred to me from one of the loan agents. I couldn't have asked for a better realtor. She is very professional and always responds to calls, text and emails. Diane is very thorough and have sat with me for hours in explaining, and making sure I understand all the purchase agreements and contracts. The best thing of Diane is that she is observant. She has quickly figure out my housing preferences after going and seeing a few listings. She is very hardworking. She had setup multiple viewings for me late on a weekday, and weekends.

She was responsive, easy to work with, and always made time to show us homes; even when we called at the spur of the moment, which was often. We have found our dream home, thanks to her. However, if we do decide to sell and move into something else, Diane will be the first and only call to get the job done!
