Bought a Single Family home in 2022 in Madisonville, TN. Works night and day to make the deal, I was seriously wondering at one point if she actually slept. If everyone worked this hard nothing would be left undone. Very impressed with her insight and knowledge. She caught a scam that I almost walked into. She suggested I do some research to insure the property listing was legitimate, it wasn't. She actually convinced me to make an offer on the home I bought that I knew I didn't have a chance to close on,, she had faith and confidence when mine had evaporated. I had put in offers on 4 other properties before the perfect home opened up and had been rejected for better offers. I thought the home I bought would follow the same pattern, she never waivered, and I got the perfect home. Everyone needs a team mate like Diane. I would recommend her in an instant.

We needed to relocate from central Texas to Sevierville TN for work. We knew nothing about the area or even where to start.
