Denise van den Bossche is a Realtor and Associate Broker with Realty Executives. Denise is a Legacy LEED AP and past State Chair of the Arizona U.S. Green Building Council. She became a Charter member of the Institute for Sustainable Infrastructure (ISI) and spent countless days of travel and volunteer efforts championing the importance of longevity in political decision making as it pertains to infrastructure in the U.S.

van den Bossche has a 4-decade long career in Metro Phoenix real estate, named number two Worldwide in residential Agent Production in 2022 by Realty Executives International. 

^{An early adopter of the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC)'s LEED™ green building certification program, Denise van den Bossche helped to establish Arizona as one of the initial USGBC chapters and in 2008 was named Chapter Chairman. She is a Legacy LEED™ AP BD+C. and has authored several articles, participated in the development of both the LEED for Healthcare and LEED for Neighborhood Development certification programs. Locally Denise served on the 2009 Greenbuild Host Committee as Chair of the Welcome Committee and grand Welcome event featuring speakers including Al Gore. She chaired the Young Presidents Organization (YPO-WPO) Greenbuild Meeting-in-Meeting construction & sustainability network event for over a decade and was Director of Sustainability for the developers of the planned downtown Phoenix Entertainment District, the Arizona Grand Prix, and Grand Prix Vegas.   She listed the first LEED™ Platinum, mixed-use commercial building in Arizona as the first real estate licensee holding the LEED™ accreditation. Denise co-founded the Corporate Environmental Strategies team for Collier's International as well as the first annual Valley Forward Green Bus Tour.  Denise has also participated in local municipal green building programs including those in Tempe, Scottsdale and Chandler.
