In close proximity to Old Town Scottsdale, Kierland, the Scottsdale Quarter, it is minutes from the private Scottsdale Airport and just 20 minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport. There are nearby parks, Farmer’s market, groceries and restaurants.
Home to approximately 27,000 people, many of which are seasonal, but young families love the access to great schools (Scottsdale’s 3-Cs).

There are two championship 18-hole golf courses, public tennis courts, 130 acres of man-made lakes and over 25 miles of bicycle paths (“greenbelt”). Real Estate dates back to the early seventies, and includes townhomes, patio homes, condos, single-family homes, lakefront homes, golf lot homes, and a few luxury estates.
There are many gated communities, several ungated, community pools and private pools. Some are on “land leases,” which are worth exploring, and several are subject to a second HOA fee. Short term rental policies differ from community to community, and others do not have an HOA. Make sure you have local guidance.
