What's More American Than Apple Pie?

That’s a good question.  What’s more American than mom, baseball and apple pie?  To many it is the Fourth of July!  And to many in Flagstaff it is the annual Fourth of July parade.  Put on yearly by the Flagstaff Chamber of Commerce, the parade winds its way through downtown Flagstaff and features more than 100 entries. This parade embodies the best of small town America and has grown so large that it is more than 2 hours long and crowds as big as 20,000 people are estimated to be in attendance!

Here at Realty Executives of Flagstaff,  we are lucky because this great Flagstaff tradition goes right past our office and parking lot.  Each year we take the opportunity to thank our clients, customers, friends and families with a Fourth of July celebration they won’t forget.  On the morning of July Fourth, we serve a fabulous breakfast to 250 to 300 people who then simply stroll street-side to watch a great parade go by.  We erect 2 large tents, prepare a wonderful breakfast, hire balloon artists and face painters for the young and the young-at-heart and have the best time celebrating Independence Day.  And of course, we dress up our office for the occasion.  Our Victorian style building dates from 1892 and sure looks gorgeous draped in ribbons, bunting and of course, Old Glory.
