As 2016 comes to a close, Kyle and I would like to say thank you for everything you have done to make 2016 such a banner year. It is your individual hard work and commitment to your clients that has helped to define who we are as a company, and we truly appreciate all of your efforts. I want to share some of our 2016 company highlights:
We celebrated 15 great years in business.
We experienced the largest percentage growth in the entire GSMLS for any company closing over 1,000 transaction sides.
72 "Executives" joined our company.
We opened new offices in Butler, Oakland and Wayne, a new franchise office in Elmwood Park and we welcomed Jo-Anne Johnson and her team from Landmark Realty.
We paid out over one million dollars in 2016 in Profit Sharing to those who have introduced great Realtors to our company.
We increased our support staff welcoming Michelle Hazen, Robin Robbert and Diana Angel went from part time to full time.
We implemented a regional training platform.
We signed an agreement with Tour Factory which now puts a Virtual Tour on all of our listings.
We rolled out our brokerage Zip Forms Plus allowing for auto population and electronic signatures.
We rolled out our Google Shared Documents program which allows everyone to access company files remotely from your computer or mobile device.
We strengthened our affiliations with Residential Home Funding, Title on Demand and HSA.
