Sometimes your dream home doesn't always start out that way. Many properties have a great location, and a lot of great features, but maybe need work in certain areas of the house.  There are also cases where a distressed property is in a great location, but needs a lot of work.  The 203k loans offer a way to purchase the property, and allow money for remodeling and repairs.  

These loans don't come with out their challenges, so as always you need to have the right Realtor in your corner to help make that fixer upper your next dream home.
