If you are a new real estate agent or a seasoned one forget about competing you must dominate!!! and what I mean by dominating is you have to know how to create massive amounts of media and mostly digital media, social media is a must, video creation is a must.
In 2007-2008 the world changed the financial crisis, in my opinion, is the first in a series of them that will take place in the next 30-50 years, you have to learn how to dominate in your industry could be selling homes could be selling cars it does not matter.
You need to be building your brand and your business, today if you want to reach consumers, buyers and sellers you have to immerse yourself in digital marketing, if you don't understand it just start doing it, do it wrong, do it right it don't matter you just need to start doing it there is no wrong or right way to create.
Write a blog, post a video just do it! start making massive amounts of content the more content the better the more information you put out the better, the more hyper-local the better make yourself known, make yourself famous in your marketplace that is how your dominate your marketplace.
