According to a USA Today article, Palm Coast is one of the top 50 Most Livable Cities!

What makes Palm Coast great? The gorgeous landscapes, waterfront living and outdoor facilities! Situated on 80 miles of saltwater and freshwater canals and the Intracoastal Waterway. You can't deny Palm Coast is beautiful and has everything your heart could desire.
According to the USA Today article, 88,337 people call Palm Coast home. For perspective, back in 2000 when Palm Coast became a city, the population was estimate around 29,000. "The city’s population grew by 23.7% in the last decade — more than triple U.S. population growth over the same period. New residents also appear to be fueling job growth. The area’s employment climbed 6.0% between 2014 and 2016, well above the 3.5% U.S. employment growth rate." - USA Today
