Rich started in Real Estate 16 years ago with Realty Executives of Palm Coast, after moving from Pennsylvania where he worked for a large commercial real estate company. Rich also brings experience in New Homes sales, having worked for a regional builder based out of Jacksonville, and eventually for a national builder based out of Colorado. He has mentored many sales associates as they began their career and eventually went on to being a regional sales development consultant for a publicly traded builder. Rich was also a facilitator for Integrity Selling Systems, which is a needs based sales approach, to better serve the needs of customers rather than sell gimmicks or just throwing product against the wall, hoping something sticks. During this period in his career, he trained New Home Sales, Mortgage, and Design Professionals to better serve their customers by listening to their needs, and actively addressing any objections. In doing so customers found a greater value, exceptional service, a relationship they could appreciate, and a home to love. Having come full circle, Rich is back to his roots, where he can spread his wings and serve people, families, and his community on a more personal level.
