Not only does her outgoing personality and joyful disposition differentiate Deana from her competition, but her thirteen years of experience as a Licensed and Certified Residential Appraiser sets her apart. This collarboration of industry knowledge has equipped Deana to be a true expert on property values and is most certainly an incredible advantage when it comes to helping someone buy or sell a home.
When asked what led her to Realty Executives Integrity, Deana says, “I had known Adam Poehlman for many years and mentioned to him that I got my Real Estate license. He immediately began telling me about the benefits of Realty Executives. After meeting with other companies, I met with some people from Realty Executives Integrity. The environment felt different and was refreshing. It was such an easy decision to make. It’s the perfect fit for me!”
Deana’s most satisfying part of working in real estate is meeting new people and helping them in the process of buying or selling their home. She says, “Being able to make someone's housing dream come true is an amazing feeling.” This feeling motivates Deana to invest the time to understand her client’s needs and build relationships of trust. Her joy, transparency, and consistent follow-up have led to tremendous success in the real estate business.
Not only is Deana an expert in the real estate business, her community roots are strong. A native of Ozaukee county and current resident of Grafton, she believes in giving back to the communities she serves. “I’ve worked with Habitat for Humanity on their Grafton home build, which was extremely rewarding. I've also helped the Grafton High School sports teams with sponsorships and donations for equipment. These kids are the future, and having them stay in sports teaches them great teamwork and leadership qualities.” Her commitment to bettering the community around her is truly inspiring.
More important to her than anything, Deana loves spending time with her family. They enjoy playing golf, hiking, fishing, kayaking, and spending lots of time in nature. “My favorite escape is to the great north woods. It's my sanctuary. There's nothing like breathing in that fresh air and hanging out on the lake. Those times spent up north always have a way of refreshing your soul and re-balancing your life.” Deana’s priority to honor her values and serve her clients with expertise is most definitely a testament to her character.
