“When you have time, can I talk to you about real estate?” This was the question that launched Jessica Bonilla into her new career – a career that would change her life for the better! Jessica saw the ways that a career in real estate was a benefit to Teri Hayes and her family. So, when she reached out to Teri to discuss the possibility of getting into real estate for herself, Teri was more than happy to help Jessica get into the business.

The most amazing thing about Jessica Bonilla is the way she supports her family, friends, and colleagues. Jessica is as dedicated as they come. She is the proud Mom of two wonderful kids – Yami (14) and Yovanni (10). Together with her husband, Alex, they love to spend time as a family going on vacations to warm places, going out to eat at delicious local restaurants, and staying active in the community through extracurricular sports and activities.

She’s also fluent in American Sign Language (ASL). Jessica uses this ability masterfully to serve those in her community who are deaf and/or hearing impaired. She has the communication skills to guide anyone and everyone through a real estate transaction successfully. Dana Keegan had this to say about Jessica, "What I love most about Jessica is that she'll go out of her way to help anyone in need. Family, peer, or neighbor, she loves people and it's why her business is successful. I greatly admire that she is serving the deaf community in real estate, which is close to her heart with her sister being hearing disabled. Did I also mention that her nails are always fabulous and family is number one in her world?"

Jessica currently serves as a vital member of our Agent Leadership Team. Together with our other talented leaders, Jessica helps make our company stronger and better. A most recent example is in how the Celebration Breakfast was reinvented this past Spring with new award categories, new presenters, and even a couple of DJ’s! In addition to this, Jessica is also one of our Office Ambassadors for our Brookfield Office, together with Erin Bodi. Jessica and Erin help organize quarterly lunch and learn opportunities for all our Sales Executives in Brookfield, and they help welcome all new Sales Executives who join that particular office.

When asked about Jessica, her friend and fellow Sales Executive, Teri Hayes, says it best. “It's crazy?to think how a simple question has had such a huge impact on so many people! ‘When you have time, can I talk to you about real estate?’ We had met before and had exchanged "hellos" and our children became great friends camping, but that day by the pool changed everything. Not only did I get to discuss one of my favorite subjects, real estate, but I also got to know Jessica. Since then, she has become one of my closest friends and most respected colleagues. I know that even when she is busy with her own family and career, she will always make time to talk to me about my family or to help my clients if I am not available, and she will treat them the same way that I would. Jessica is all about supporting people.”

It was 3 years ago when Jessica joined Realty Executives Integrity, and we couldn’t be more thrilled to partner with her! She has taken her business to new levels each successive year that she’s been with us. Most recently, she’s won the 100% Award from Realty Executives International for her sales performance in 2022! Anyone who knows Jessica well would readily agree that her best days in real estate are still ahead of her.
