Josh Theys: A Really Bright Future

His smile says it all. Josh Theys LOVES real estate. At only 19 years old, Josh recently graduated from our Success Coaching Program with flying colors. He's the kind of guy who always shows up, eager to learn from others, and ready to help people however he can. Not only does he take advantage of every training opportunity he can at our brokerage, but Josh also has gone out of his way to help his own clients by going above and beyond. On several occasions, he has helped his clients do various home repairs and move furniture.

Josh is constantly looking for opportunities to assist other Sales Executives with their businesses. Whether it's showing homes or hosting open houses. He intentionally rented office space in our Brookfield Office near Jessica Bonilla, Rose Paul, and Teri Hayes so that he could learn from each of them. Here's a quote from Teri Hayes who has gone out of her way to mentor Josh over the past year: "When I met Josh, my first impression was that he was shy and quiet. What I didn't realize is that he was busy taking it all in - listening, learning, gathering his tools, and making his plans. Within a couple of months, Josh not only had a plan, but he also had a 16-year business plan. It was dated, detailed & put on paper. Shortly after that, he sold his 1st home, and then his 2nd, and then his 3rd. His plan was in action! A year later, Josh is one of the most driven people I have had the pleasure of working with. He is outgoing, funny, and dedicated to crushing those goals by providing the best service to his clients with care and attention. While I'm so proud to have the privilege to watch him grow, I can admit that it will be bittersweet when my phone stops ringing with his voice on the line saying, "Hi, Teri. So, I have a question...

Josh is the epitome of humble, hungry, and smart - a concept from Patrick Lencioni that we teach in many of our training sessions. Most recently, Josh has completed the Leadership Mastermind Class led by Aaron Zuege and Adam Zastrow. He has a detailed business plan that includes long-term goals in real estate sales, investment properties, and personal development and growth. There is no doubt that Josh will accomplish everything he puts his mind to. He certainly understands the importance of having a growth mindset and how to harness the power of setting goals and positive thinking. We are so honored to have Josh with us!
